Shanghai Qifan Cable Co., Ltd. (stock code: 605222, referred to as "Qifan Cable") was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 31th, July 2020, issuing 50 million shares at an issue price of RMB18.43 and raising a total of RMB921 million.

The revenue of Qifan Cable in 2017, 2018 and 2019 was RMB4.598 billion, RMB6.323 billion and RMB7.647 billion respectively; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was RMB263 million, RMB250 million and RMB330 million respectively.

Known as the Walmart of China's wire and cable industry,the main business of Qifan Cable is wire and cable research and development, production, sales and service. The products are mainly divided into power cables up to 220kv and wires and cables for electrical equipment. The two types of cables are subdivided into ordinary cables and special cables, which are widely used in electric power, Home improvement, rail transit, construction engineering, new energy, communications, ships/ships, intelligent equipment, metallurgy, petrochemical, port machinery, marine engineering, industrial and mining and other fields.
